Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using GitScreens, including accounts, acceptable use, billing, generated output, and service changes.
Last updated: April 30, 2026
Use of GitScreens
GitScreens provides a workspace for connecting repositories, generating app previews, managing visual assets, and exporting product screenshots.
You are responsible for the repositories, prompts, images, text, credentials, and other materials you submit to the service, including making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use them.
Accounts and Access
You must keep your account credentials secure and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
If you connect third-party services such as GitHub, your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and settings.
Acceptable Use
You may not use GitScreens to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or upload malicious code.
We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect GitScreens, our users, third-party services, or the integrity of the platform.
Generated Output
You are responsible for reviewing generated screenshots, previews, and exports before publishing or relying on them.
Generated output may require editing, verification, or approval before it is suitable for production, marketing, legal, or compliance use.
Billing
Paid features, credits, subscriptions, or usage-based charges are shown at checkout or in the billing area before purchase.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable once a paid service, credit package, or billing period has started.
Service Changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GitScreens after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and Liability
GitScreens is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitScreens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
